With more than 30 years of experience in the trade, our dedicated team has the expertise to recommend and install the best laminate benchtops for your needs. Our products are perfect for a range of applications including:

In addition to the standard laminate from well-known brands such as Formica, Laminex, Wilsonart and Prime, we are pleased to be able to offer you the Milano range. This range of 12 colours with matching  edging adds another dimension or texture to the surface and is suitable for commercial fit-outs, furniture, benchtops and vanities.  
The look is achieved using a digitally printed edge tape resulting in benchtops that are both functional and durable.


Meet the Team 

Steve Harker:
Steve started out as an apprentice cabinetmaker and now has over 33 years experience in the kitchen and benchtop industry.  During that time he worked for Waikato Laminates and as Assistant Manager for Benchworks before starting Harker Laminates in 2013.

Gray Leslie:
Gray has over 27 years experience in the industry having worked for a number of well known kitchen and benchtop companies within the Waikato. Gray is involved with all aspects of the finishing of Laminate benchtops, including hob and bowl cutouts, joins and installation.

Mike Stratford:
Mike has over 25 years experience in the benchtop industry and brings a wealth of knowledge about Laminate, Engineered Stone (Caesarstone, Primestone, Silestone etc) and Acrylic products (Corian, HiMacs, Trendstone etc) after having previously worked for a number of well known benchtop companies. He is currently involved in finishing work, joins and on-site installations.

Sean Leslie:
Sean started with the company while still at school as our part timer factory cleaner.  He commenced work as a full time laminator in January 2019 and is currently completing his National Certificate in Timber Joinery - Laminate Fabrication.
